If you're in the USA and you haven't voted yet, PLEASE VOTE!

Don't put it off till the last minute because you never know what might happen. Do it NOW, while there's still time. And do it in person, so Mr. DeJoy's (what an ironic name) screwing with the post office can't disenfranchise you.

We voted two weeks ago, on the 3rd day of voting in California. And we did it at the main election office in our county.

Well, I've been warning about this crap for HOW MANY years now?

What it feels to me is like Germany in the later '30s with the Brownshirts and the SS.
The count today is somewhat encouraging and it looks liker Rump's Kangaroo Kourt is not going to give him all the support he demands on the election, which is both good and mildly surprising. How long that lasts, who knows?

We REALLY NEED to do something about the Senate, but there is some little hope there, in the form of the later Senate races that will be conducted separately - perhaps that will result in less of the "Fog of Rump" and a little more clarity - we shall see.
